About Course

STEM education organizes the second Preschool Education festival in the context of the Panhellenic Competition. The Festival will be organized in the 13 regions of our country and at the same time the works of the groups will be uploaded to the STEM education channel on YouTube. The theme of the competition is: “Mediterranean, source of life and culture”.

Kindergarten students (4-5 years old) propose their ideas on how we can protect the Mediterranean environment, through constructions with floor tracks and materials of their choice, creating groups of 6-10 students. They build their first algorithm while developing their artistic and social skills.

They create small models characterized by 1-2 words and place them on the tracks. In this way, they will depict in a three-dimensional way what they consider more threatening and dangerous for the Mediterranean than human actions and what they consider more important and pleasant for saving our life-giving sea.

These and many other ideas are presented at the 2nd STEM & Educational Robotics Festival for Early Childhood Education!
